A side: Its precision directly influence the movement precision;
B&C sides: Parallelism directly influence preloading;
Verticality: Verticality opposite to A side influences the rigidity that installed preloading directions
Therefore, we suggest to improve the precision on mounting surface, and the precision valve must border on parallelism value.
Preloading Methods
Showing as the right drawing, the preloading is usually adjusted by preloading adjusted screws,whose size and specification are the same as the installing screws, the screw center is the half of the guideways height
The preloading value varied from machine tools to machine tools and equipments to equipments, Over preloading will decrease the guideways lifespan and damage the raceway, at the same time, the cylindrical rollers will be easily deflected and locked by themselves when in the operation, Therefore, we usually recommend to use 0 preloading or less preloading.
If Higher precision and rigidity are required. The below assembly board as left drawing or the wedge block as the right will be recommended;
Crossing roller guideway can be operated in high temperature, but not more than 100
The speed should better not more than 30m/min
Grease:
The function for grease is to decrease the friction and fray, when the speed is higher (V>=15m/min).grease N32 (GB443-84) will be recommend, when in 40 and the movement viscosity is 28.8-35.2mm2/S, It only needs to grease constantly or imperatively; when the speed is lower( V<15m/min),lithium greast (GB7324-942#) will be recommended;
